If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact our customer service team. We will listen to your concerns, review the order, and make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue in accordance with our Store Policies.

Because engraved and personalized awards are created specifically for each customer, they are generally non-returnable. However, if we make an error in engraving, silk screening, or production, we will correct the error or provide a suitable replacement at our expense.
