Raymond's Trophy & Awards has been serving the community for more than seven decades. The business was originally founded in 1952 by Moss Henken and was later purchased by G.R. Reynolds in 1971. In 1994, Randy Raymond Sr. and his family purchased the business, continuing its tradition of quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. Interestingly, the Raymonds and the Reynolds family had been neighbors before the transition. After the sale, Mr. Reynolds retired and relocated to Colorado.

When the Raymond family took ownership in 1994, the company consisted of just Mr. Reynolds and one employee. Today, our team has grown to ten dedicated professionals who share a common goal: providing every customer with the highest level of service, quality, and care. Raymond's Trophy & Awards is proud to be an active member of the Awards and Recognition Association (ARA), the leading international organization serving the awards and personalization industry. We are committed to continuous learning and professional development, with several members of our team participating in ARA's Certified Recognition Specialist (CRS) program. This rigorous certification requires more than 100 hours of classroom instruction and hands-on training in every aspect of the awards and personalization profession.
